About
My name is Hannah.Following
my window at ‘chilax house’, sauraha, nepal
i spent the last two nights in sauhara, right next to chitwan national park. yesterday was my birthday!
i stayed at the CHILAX HOUSE and that’s pretty much what i did. the three owners where super chill nepali dudes.
one of them looked like - i swear to god - sean penn’s nepali twin. not only did he look like him, he sounded like him too.
the other guy, muku, was a park guide and i went on a jungle walk with him. the third one was nice too, and he looked a bit like my dad, but his english was really bad.
for my birthday i went kayaking and on a jungle walk with muku. then i relaxed a bit and read a book. in the afternoon i went on an elefant safari! it was fun but not as awesome as it sounds. anyway, i saw a rhino, so that is good.
in the evening i drank rum with the guys, when suddenly two travelers came in. they decided to have dinner with us. later some more french guests joined us, they were a lot of fun. i did not want to make a big deal about it being my birthday but i had told the nepalis the day before and they told everybody else. it was a fun night and i was so suprised when sean penn’s twin suddenly said “hannah, we have a little gift for you” WOAH!!! a rhino made of wood! i was so touched by that :)
now i am in kathmandu and i feel great. being 21 is awesome so far!
how are you guys doing?
